PE-Servies is proud to provide the MEP engineering for this tenant finish out of the west wing of the former Goody's corporate office located in the Parkside Center in Knoxville.

The scope of the project includes 85,000 square feet of open office to be converted into classrooms, a library, labs, a student center, and administration areas. The renovation also includes a 200-seat auditorium.

The notable MEP systems include a chilled water system, diesel generator back-up, data center power back-up and cooling, restructuring the power distribution in the building, lighting upgrades, and fire suppression and notification updates.

PE-Services completed design for Tire Discounters in Monroe, Oh. This is the sixth Tire Discounters that the firm has designed.

PE-Services provided the MEP design for El Tipi, a unique new freestanding convenience store and fueling station in Shattuck, OK. The architectural design on this project was by Wright Group Design-Planners, PLLC in Carrolton, TX.

Majestic Fine Wines & Spirits

PE-Services provided MEP engineering for a rollout of multiple new free standing Fat Dog beverage centers throughout Texas. Square footage for each beverage center ranges from 4,000 to 12,000.

Sonic Drive In

onCue Express

Our firm conduced a rollout of multiple new free standing onCue Express convenience stores throughout Oklahoma. Each store was approximately 5,000 square feet and required the use of geothermal HVAC design.

Pie-Tanza

Quiznos Restaurants
