PE-Servies is proud to provide the MEP engineering for this tenant finish out of the west wing of the former Goody's corporate office located in the Parkside Center in Knoxville.The scope of the project includes 85,000 square feet of open office to be converted into classrooms, a library, labs, a student center, and administration areas. The renovation also includes a 200-seat auditorium. The notable MEP systems include a chilled water system, diesel generator back-up, data center power back-up and cooling, restructuring the power distribution in the building, lighting upgrades, and fire suppression and notification updates.
